ACTIVA: Journal of Applied Community Development is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing evidence-informed research and applied development scholarship in the field of community engagement and social development.

The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, community organizations, and policymakers to share innovative approaches, community-based interventions, and practical solutions that address real-world challenges and promote sustainable community development.

ACTIVA: Journal of Applied Community Development is published quarterly in February, May, August, and November. In its inaugural year, the journal may publish two issues as part of a gradual launch process depending on manuscript availability and editorial readiness.
