ACTIVA: Journal of Applied Community Development is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in its publication fee policy.

• No submission fee is charged for manuscripts submitted to the first volume of the journal.
• An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 100,000 or USD 5.50 is charged only for accepted articles.
• The APC covers publication services as specified by the journal. Details regarding the services included, applicable taxes (if any), payment methods, refund policy, and the effective date of the APC will be published transparently on the journal website before submissions are opened.
• Editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly quality and merit of the manuscript. Payment of the APC has no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decisions.
• ACTIVA provides a waiver or discount program for authors who do not have research funding and for eligible community-based organizations. Requests for waivers or discounts are assessed independently and will not affect the editorial or peer-review process.
• No fees are charged for rejected manuscripts.

Any future revisions to the APC policy will be announced in advance through the journal's official website.
