All parties involved in the publication process—including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—are expected to adhere to these ethical standards.

Any form of unethical publishing behavior, including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, or undisclosed conflicts of interest, is considered unacceptable and will be handled in accordance with the journal's policies and COPE guidelines.

Authors' Responsibilities

Authors are expected to:

• Submit original and unpublished manuscripts that are not under consideration by another journal.
• Properly acknowledge and cite all sources and previous works used in the manuscript.
• Ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and inappropriate text recycling.
• Provide an accurate, transparent, and complete description of the research methods, data, and findings.
• Disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation.
• Obtain all necessary ethical approvals for research involving human participants, sensitive data, or other regulated materials, where applicable.
• Cooperate fully during the peer-review process by responding to reviewers' and editors' comments professionally and within the requested timeframe.
• Correct significant errors or inaccuracies promptly if they are discovered after publication.

Editors' Responsibilities

Editors are responsible for:

• Making publication decisions based solely on the manuscript's originality, academic quality, scientific merit, and relevance to the journal's scope.
• Ensuring a fair, objective, confidential, and timely peer-review process.
• Selecting qualified reviewers while avoiding conflicts of interest.
• Handling ethical concerns and allegations of misconduct in accordance with COPE recommendations.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and editorial communications.
• Publishing corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions when necessary to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.

Reviewers' Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to:

• Provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations that improve the quality and clarity of the manuscript.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts received for review.
• Identify relevant published literature that has not been cited where appropriate.
• Inform the editor of any suspected plagiarism, duplicate publication, data manipulation, or other ethical concerns.
• Decline review invitations when a conflict of interest or insufficient expertise may affect the fairness of the review.

Publisher's Responsibilities

The publisher supports the editorial board in maintaining high ethical standards by:

• Implementing and enforcing publication ethics policies.
• Providing transparent information regarding the journal's aims and scope, peer-review process, open-access policy, and copyright or licensing terms.
• Supporting the long-term preservation, accessibility, and dissemination of published articles.
• Cooperating with indexing services and scholarly institutions to promote ethical academic publishing.

Plagiarism and Research Misconduct

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before and, when necessary, during the peer-review process. Manuscripts containing substantial plagiarism or unacceptable textual similarity will be rejected or returned to the authors for clarification or revision.

If research or publication misconduct—including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, or undisclosed conflicts of interest—is suspected, the journal will investigate the case in accordance with COPE guidelines. When appropriate, the journal may contact the authors' affiliated institutions.

If serious ethical violations or significant errors are confirmed after publication, the journal may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the published scholarly record.
